We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 2. Vintage & Second-Hand Nature of Goods
Ceol Vintage specializes in curated second-hand home goods and accessories. All items are sold in "as-is" condition. Due to the vintage nature of our inventory, items may exhibit signs of wear, minor imperfections, or the patina of age. We strive to provide detailed descriptions and high-quality photography to represent each item accurately. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these imperfections are part of the item's history and character.

3. Accuracy of Information We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.

4. Pricing and Modifications Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of
the Service.

5. Shipping and Delivery Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Ceol Vintage is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance for international orders. Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the buyer.

6. Returns and Refunds Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and packaging
to initiate a claim.

7. Intellectual Property All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and brand storytelling, is the property of Ceol Vintage and protected by international copyright laws. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
Ceol Vintage does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ceol Vintage operates (Toronto, Ontario, Canada).
